Yes, designers or professionals might be interested in all the hot new takes and trends, but for regular home or apartment owners - we normally decide once, and that's it for the next 20 years or so. We start our short journey with something extremely simple, sleek and clean. That's probably the most accurate characterisation of this style known as Modern Minimalism. The whole vibe is quite surprising - it's more reminiscent of some kind of calm sophistication, even though it so clearly opposes the idea of abundance. A very interesting choice and, if done right, a budget-friendly option. With less, we can focus more on quality. 

Rustic Revival

We get it, maybe you're just so sick of all the modernity talk. Minimalism is just everywhere. Maybe you think it looks more like a lab and less like a home. What about cosiness? What about that warm homey feeling? Don't worry, we've got you covered. Rustic vibes have been given another chance and a lot of people have grown to truly appreciate their charm, simplicity and allure. Because this style is simple - make no mistake. Even with all the clutter and accessories, the whole idea is nothing overly complicated. You get to show more personality, perhaps. Some quirkiness and originality. Rustic style is the celebration of imperfections and authenticity. There's a story behind every piece. It embraces natural materials - reclaimed wood, distressed finishes, and earthy textures, combining the comfort of today with the charm and nostalgia of the past. The great thing is that you can mix and match different elements. It's not necessarily just a uniform harmony and pieces of the same style. You can still use elegant home furniture and colourful, rustic paintings all at the same time.

Now this is relatively new. Be warned - if you're a fan of glamour, grandeur and shiny luxury furniture, you might want to sit this one out.
