ROXY is proud to announce that 13 year old surf prodigy Caroline Marks (USA) is joining the ROXY team.

Despite her young age, Caroline Marks already owns an impressive list of record-breaking accolades including 5 East Coast NSSA Champion titles and 11 U.S. National titles. In fact, the past 3 years have been incredibly intense for this young lady, already pushing the limits of professional female surfing.

At the age of 11, Caroline became the youngest surfer ever chosen for the U.S.A. National Team. The following year, she tied Carissa Moore’s record as the youngest NSSA Open Women’s Champion. In 2015, she became the youngest-ever U.S. Open Champion with the Pro Junior Title!

Coming off those impressive feats, she was awarded a wildcard spot in the Swatch Women’s Pro at Lower Trestles in September and became the youngest wildcard in the World Surf League history.

A powerful and stylish surfer, amazing on her backhand surfing, Caroline has it all to perform and become what she is meant to be: a true surfing champion remaining a gentle and careful person. “When I first met Caroline, she approached me so casually, yet humble and super surf stoked. I had only saw a short video of her surfing and right away I knew she had a natural born talent. She draws lines on the wave that is very hard to teach. She is humble, sweet and from back home in Florida. Right away I knew this is who I want to go surf with” explained Lisa Andersen, 4xWorld Champion.

She joins the Roxy Surf mates and World Tour professionals 6xWorld Champion Stephanie Gilmore and World #4 Bianca Buitendag.  Caroline also opens up a new chapter of her life in order to achieve her ultimate goal: battle against the world’s best.

As Caroline is not the only talented surfer of the family, Quiksilver is happy to welcome the oldest of six Marks children, Luke, 16, in its Surf Team! "Luke has been on my radar for years. He's not only a smart competitor but he has a great repertoire and rail game. He's a perfect addition to the Quiksilver family" said Quiksilver Team Manager Chad Wells.

Roxy and Quiksilver are very excited about welcoming both Caroline and Luke Marks to their family.
