Do you already have a list of what you're going to get for your loved one, friends, and acquaintances? Or, you would rather make it more unique and memorable?

We're here to help! Allow us to guide you on how to think of great gift ideas that everyone would surely love.

1. Think Experiences Rather Than Possessions

Is she a bookworm? Does she love opera? If so, instead of giving her favourite book, movie poster, or the digital version of a certain movie or play, you can always try to buy the ticket and let her enjoy the actual show instead! Definitely, this would be her most favourite gift.

2. Have a Glimpse of the Past

If some of your friends or relatives recently graduated from college, you can consider framing his diploma and have this for display. Basically, the idea is, you're going to let your recipient relive the past-- the most memorable time in his life then find a way to give that to them like printing and framing a photo of it.

3. What Defines Him or Her?

Make a list of the things the person loves, and what reminds you of him/her. Then, think about what they would likely love to receive. It would be better if you can gather several gifts instead of one-- this would should how thoughtful you are, and it's something the receiver would greatly appreciate.

4. Make It Extra Special!

Although receiving a present is already wonderful, you can make it even more special and personalized by being creative with the packaging. Consider the gift-giving experience as an event, and you want to make sure that your recipient would enjoy it!

For example, instead of simply handing the gift, you can send him to a scavenger hunt by giving the first clue instead.

Likewise, never underestimate the thrill of unwrapping presents! Most of the time, people would rather receive a bunch of individually wrapped items instead of a single box where everything is stuffed inside.

5. What Does He Need?

Instead of giving the usual gifts, it would be better if you'd give something that the person needs most. Think broader. For example, what would a super busy person would love to receive in his life? Probably extra time? Instead of giving material things, try to offer some help instead.

6. There's Nothing Wrong with Being a Stalker

Most of us have a wish list on Amazon and you can take advantage of this. Your receiver would definitely be more than glad to receive something that he has always wanted. If he doesn't have an Amazon Wishlist, you can try looking for clues in his Facebook or other social media accounts instead.

7. Include a Little Bit of Yourself

Nothing is more special than making a gift a little more personal, instead of simply getting one from the store and wrapping it. If you're an artist, try to create a piece of art, compose a song, or crochet. You get the idea. It should come from the heart, not from the pocket. Just don’t send them a lock of your hair, because that’s creepy.

These are just some of the best gift ideas for you to try. No need to spend a fortune just to show you care.
