Celebrity chef creates a Lamington Crumble to celebrate Australia Day

Australian celebrity chef and founder of Crumble Top, Luke Stack, has Aussies all over the country drooling over his take on the old fashioned lamington.   Luke has created an Australia Day 'Lamington Crumble' to help Aussies celebrate Australia Day and it is a creation that is sure not to disappoint.
