Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia (UWEA) is excited to introduce a variety of new immersive experiences to the UWEA portfolio. As always, these beyond the cellar door activities have been designed to embody the essence of each winery and region to ensure the very best visitor experience.

South Australia 

Ultimate Blend by Jacob's Creek - This is an aspiring winemaker's dream day out which includes a 4-course lunch with wine followed by a hands-on session with a Master Blender to create the ideal Barossa blend.  Six bottles will then be blended and shipped to anywhere in Australia.

Amazing Sites Flight at the d'Arenberg Cube - A fascinating introduction to McLaren Vale's famous d'Arenberg Cube.  This multi-sensory experience takes guests on a guided tour through d'Arenberg's famous Alternate Realities Museum before a single vineyard flight accompanied by cheese.  The wine flight will showcase a selection of 6 wines that capture the essence of a unique patch of dirt and speak of the site and vintage, celebrating the importance of place in the art of winemaking.

Original Cellar Vintage Tawny Tasting at d'Arenberg  - Guests take a tour of the Alternate Realities Museum before stepping back in time to explore the original cellars and tasting barrel samples from a collection of d'Arenberg's oldest tawnies.  

A Day of Decadence at d'Arenberg - The most comprehensive immersion in all things d'Arenberg.  This fabulous experience takes a tour through the Alternate Realities Museum, explores the original cellars and culminates at the d'Arenberg Cube Restaurant for a degustation to get lost in for hours. Serving exceptional dishes that engage the imagination in an environment designed to stimulate the senses, the Cube Restaurant offers a unique dining adventure that challenges convention.

New South Wales

Picnic Among the Vines Premium Upgrade– Audrey Wilkinson's famous Picnic Among the Vines experience has long been a favourite experience for visitors to the Hunter Valley and now guests have the option to elevate their picnic from the classic version to a Premium Upgrade including a pre-set picnic site, chocolates and a bottle of premium wine signed by the winemaker.

Victoria

Barrels & Prosciutto– A private barrel tasting in Pizzini's beautiful kiln tasting room with a plate of freshly sliced prosciutto.  Guests will sample wines straight from the barrel and learn all about the art of making wines from varieties such as Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and Canaiolo. The Yarra Valley winery experience is a tour that is very popular.

Prosecco Brunch at Brown Brothers- A tasting through the entire Brown Brothers' Prosecco range indulging in a gourmet spread of freshly baked sweets and pastries, local Milawa cheeses, house-made delicacies, terrines and seasonal fruits in the Brown Brothers private Prosecco Lounge.

UWEA has also partnered with some of South Australia's best tour operators and accommodation providers to package dream itineraries through the Barossas Valley and McLaren Vale.

Rare & Distinguished Barossa- A luxurious 4 day, 3 night package incorporating premium winery experiences at Seppeltsfield and St Hugo and accommodation, dining and spa experiences at Luxury Lodge of Australia, The Louise

McLaren Vale Unveiled- The ideal introduction to the Vale.  A 3 day, 2 nights exploration of this exciting region with winery experiences at Wirra WirraGemtree and d'Arenberg with accommodation at the delightful Vineyard Retreat.

The UWEA group of wineries is now 22 strong, with representation in most of Australia's renowned wine regions across five states.  In NSW: Audrey Wilkinson in the Hunter Valley.  In Victoria: De Bortoli in the Yarra Valley, Pizzini Wines and Brown Brothers in the King Valley, Montalto Vineyard & Olive Grove on the Mornington Peninsula and Tahbilk in Nagamabie Lakes.  In South Australia: The Lane and Penfold's Magill Estate in the Adelaide Hills, Yalumba in the Eden Valley, Jacob's Creek Visitors Centre, St Hugo and Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley, d'Arenberg, Gemtree Wines and Wirra Wirra Wines in McLaren Vale.  In Tasmania: Moorilla Estate and Josef Chromy Wines.  In WA: Leeuwin Estate, Vasse Felix and Voyager Estate in Margaret River and Mandoon Estate in the Swan Valley.
