Baan Paa Talee

Baan Paa Talee is a superb nine-bedroom luxury villa designed by Paris-based architects Arte Charpentier. The exquisite oceanfront property is overlooking the Andaman Sea on the picturesque Cape Amarin estate, just a short 15-minute drive from the beaches of Kamala and Patong on Phuket's scenic west coast.
The main villa comprises seven ocean-view bedrooms, arranged in flexible configurations to suit families, couples and independent groups. Baan Paa Talee's indoor and outdoor living areas, gorgeous 25m infinity pool and jacuzzi, all take advantage of the sweeping panoramic views.
Living and sleeping pavilions are spread over four levels of beautifully designed gardens that merge into the natural landscape, interspersed with soothing water features. With a 20-seater dining room, indoor and outdoor lounges, media room, alfresco bar, barbeque, games area, a well-equipped gym and beach house with watersports equipment (for the energetic), there is plenty of space for everyone.
Uniquely, this property also boasts a self-contained two-bedroom Ocean Villa with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and a wide balcony perched just above the sea. While Baan Paa Talee provides the perfect setting for a wedding for up to 100 guests, the Ocean Villa makes a heavenly honeymoon hideaway. A large team of dedicated staff, including a guest relations manager, housekeepers, service staff, villa manager and a gourmet chef prepares superb Thai meals on a par with the best restaurants in Phuket.
