Your hair routine

It’s best to stick to your normal colouring routine during summer - so if you colour your hair every 6 weeks, just ask your hairdresser to include a treatment when you go into the salon.

 

Moisture kick

To give your hair an extra moisture boost during summer, switch your normal conditioner to a treatment – which will be your BEST friend during summer.

 

Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate!

Pack a small bottle of spray conditioner (such as the Schwarzkopf Professional BLONDME Tone Enhancing Spray Conditioner) in your handbag and spray till your heart's content. This will not only hydrate your hair during the day but also work to keep your hair looking fresh and rid any brassiness caused by the sun and salt water.

ALWAYS rinse the salt water out of your hair to avoid dryness and unwanted yellow.

 

By the pool

ALWAYS rinse and shampoo/condition your hair after a dip in the pool, as it is important to completely remove the chlorine from your hair (which can be very damaging to blonde hair, resulting in a green tinge!)
